Biden's statement on the ICC ruling is not surprising. The US has always been a country where violence is an integral part of the system - whether it's the refusal to implement gun control, the continued use of the death penalty, or the warmongering in countries that threaten the global hegemony - their continued arming of a genocidal state and their unequivocal support for its fascist leader is a feature, not a bug.
