I read your screenshot. 0x80070005 is Windows' generic "access denied" error (Microsoft's COM error code list calls it E_ACCESSDENIED), so ospp.vbs wasn't allowed to change the license settings.
But the bigger issue is the command itself: /sethst:kms.03k.org points Office at an unofficial third-party activation server, not Microsoft's. Those come and go, can stop working at any time, and you're trusting a stranger's server with your PC. I wouldn't keep fighting it.
Free, legit ways to get working spreadsheets today:
- Excel for the web: free with a Microsoft account at microsoft.com/microsoft-365/free-office-online-for-the-web. It opens and saves .xlsx files.
- LibreOffice Calc: free desktop app from libreoffice.org, reads and writes Excel files, works offline.
If your Office came with the PC or from work or school, sign in with that account under File > Account instead, and it activates normally.
