We start with the "Guidelines for Preventing the Transmission of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in Health-Care Facilities, 1994"
These guidelines related to tuberculosis, which was known to be airborne. They said AGMPs made tuberculosis spread WORSE.

So when they translated to #SARS, they said SARS was DROPLET, and ONLY transmitted #AGMP..
