The 2024 requirement - and *every year* thereafter until 2030 - for an attempted 2ºC pathway, was an emissions reduction of 5.3%. The projection for 2024 is a 0.6% *increase* in emissions.
This behaviour *does not* match the above requirement. It's just one example of thousands.
We are firmly on a highway to hell.
