I have SO MUCH sympathy with a single mom who can't get good mental health care for their kid
like, I have BEEN THERE and it was awful and heartbreaking and frustrating and wow, so bad, so scary
but when I was in that space I did everything I POSSIBLY COULD to keep that kid from having access to anything that could hurt people! exactly because I don't think angry fucked up teenagers should have the capacity to do extremely regrettable things like this
