Thanks for elaborating. Seems more meaningful after you explain it. But lets imagine an anarchist world. Humans would probably still interact with eachother. When we interact we would still discuss concepts like fairness, depending on what someone has exclusive rights on something.
There is no objective observable natural law. Or if it is, it is so complex to find it, that always ever a small amount of people could verify it themself.
Therefor humans would exchange knowledge, ask for knowledge of others. In an anarchic society, there are still people with a big variaty of talents. And the evaluation, which actions are accepted by society and which not (rights and wrongs) would still be negotiated in an anarchic society.
To have a persistant improvement of those rights and wrongs, there would still be huge literature. And by coincidence or vote, some rights and wrongs will cristalize to be the most accepted ones.
And still there can be people that disagree on the rights, which many people claim to have. I could say I do not grant you the right to speak. And when you speak anyway, I could behead you. Then society has to decide if they cooperate to isolate me, if they force me into a cage, kill me or what to do with me. Since when they do nothing, most probably tomorrow someone else will have to live under the threat of being killed.
And in the end the rules we all live by are actually democratic decisions of our society. In some places they are enforced by cowards. The law is bad, but there are enough that still help to enforce it. Or the laws are seemingly just for most and therefore they help to enforce them.
And the same is with completly unjust laws. Sometims they might cover as just, when they stand for security. But in the end it is in the hands of the society to dismiss laws or enforce them.
Police alone can hardly enforce a law without any affirmation of the public. And in an anarchic society there would naturally still grow institutions to regulate those who act in wrongdoing. And what is wrong and what is right would still be whatever the majority argues.
There were and will be unjust things, where the state plays no role in. Patriarchy is enforced by men. Not by the states themself.
