Right now the only way to use it through electrum itself, either the Android app, the desktop GUI or the CLI. There is also a website exposing the marketplace, whales.exchange, but it is still young.
For CLN I once wrote a plugin, but that is outdated and non-functional by now. Someone could pick it up again, it's public on my github.
