I look at it like this: Nobody should keep a life-changing amount of money in a wallet they use for zaps on Nostr. NWC strings are customizable and can be preset with spending conditions to limit draining. They can also be revoked at any time, or set to expire at a future date. I weigh this against the inconvenience of having to find or create a new string every time I switch clients. You also don’t risk exposure of your nsec as much if you’re using a signer app vs. entering your key into a client.
