I just remembered one of the weirdest conversations I had was here on nostr. The guy was anti government BUT he was in favor of ice deporting people without a trial.
It took me month to understand what he meant: you don't need a trial to determine if someone is black. As long as ice only deported people who do not look like the stereotypical white guy, it was fine.
Which is not only wrong but also stupid. How can people be so dense as to not realize that it giving the government that kind of poweris dangerous for EVERYONE. Yourself included.
