I haven't used up all my old oils yet but I had to try yours right away. Could immediately tell the quality when I opened the jar and the smell wafted. I had grocery store olive oil next to me and it smelled rancid by comparison. It was no contest. Bitcoiner goods really are made different.

Cooked some white rice for the week and added the olive oil into the rice cooker. Its a trick we use - we cool and freeze our rice in batches so its quicker to reheat the next time. Olive oil keeps it from drying out upon reheat and adds a subtle "extra depth" to the flavor.
