Oh no, that sucks. I recently lost my relay list and couldnt see or receive most posts from my follows. Turns out White Noise app changed them, replaced them with White Noise relays only. daniel (nprofile…rvcc) helped me get it sorted. By chance did you ever save them on Plebs vs Zombies or Mutable? If so, you should be able to recover your follows using one of those.
