Crikey, I fired up my old recording mac today and spent 4 hours programming drums on reason, and my mouse hand is aching and my shoulders are shot. Couldnt get an ergonomic situation going on in a practice room. I can't believe I used to spend so many hours doing this behind stages, in halls, in smelly smoke filled jam rooms, when I was in my 20s and 30s, and didnt feel any of the aches and pains like today. Getting old sucks, but it's better than the alternative.
