something was going on their last night early evening. Cops entered Musgrave park to talk to a tent dweller. It seemed quite tense, so I wondered what's going on.

I think there's been some complaints (note, not me) about Boundary and surrounding streets. It's def deteriorating in terms of social behaviour. Drunk and drugged peeps quite aggressive!

Having said that, that's what happens when people are stressed and homeless! Making it more difficult, will just insight more problems.

People are desperate! And people are raiding our garbage bins to find food or other things they might find useful. It's bad, and sad and turning off power wasn't the best solution!
