Dear #lazyweb, the combination of Mastodon + Firefox + Linux is driving me up the wall. If a Mastodon tab is left open a little too long, entering a post results in the inability to enter text faster than about 0.1 characters per second. That takes the patience of a saint, which I am not, or restarting Firefox and hoping I can find the post that I intended to reply to again. The latter not being an option given that search is broken in the Fediverse. Any suggestions?
