Partner went to our favorite tofu factory in #Seattle -- Thanh Son -- and Lam's seafood (a general Viet and Asian grocery) nearby and of course came home with staple veg and lots of snacks. He got chả lụa chay which is a heavily spiced soy vegetarian "ham". It's locally made, kind of $$ (do we don't get always) but delicious. Also very convenient to slice some up to put in instant noodles for late lunch. A small pleasure.
