I have a terrible sore throat, no other symptoms except light congestion (not unusual for me in the morning). I’ve been wearing a mask indoors, never eat inside restaurants, and don’t really go anywhere, except work, where I have air purifiers, and only eat and drink outside. I was supposed to see friends that I only see once a year today. I really need to see my friends because my mental health is shit. I can’t go now because I can barely even swallow or talk. I also lost my 10+ year relationship this summer over covid bullshit and I can’t take any of this anymore 😷😭
