Hey, fediverse! I wanted to share that our chief Martina is caring for Yelitza, an Indigenous woman who gave birth via C-section in Maracaibo last Saturday. The trip back to the village was hard, Yelitza and her partner don't speak too much Spanish and had no money, but they made it. Now Martina’s supporting her postpartum and her 98-year-old grandma. Since she can't formally work, she could really use some help. Can we lend a hand?
