I almost put lunar colony in the list, but thought better of it. All other items appear in the story. Although the singularity bomb is demonstrated, the narrator hasn't the vocabulary to state that; instead, he describes the launch and the pretty effects of an ionospheric detonation.
**About rifles:** Firearms are the most prohibited device in this era because they can be so long range and lead to ills like canons. Whole populations have been killed due to someone creating one, simply to prevent the mere concept of the technology from propagating. The secret prohibition is no joke.
