haha to be clear: i have no rational answer for you but
i started collecting trashy budget releases last year, because they're *way* more interesting than their big box counterparts in a lot of ways. i admire the terrible, low-quality graphic design, inferior cardboard, and cheaping out with photocopied documentation.
although i'm sure they give europeans warm memories, the ugliest for me are the KIXX/US Gold re-releases. there's something absolutely horrid about that logo
