For context, [the actual limits](https://dba.stackexchange.com/questions/127270/what-are-the-limits-of-postgresqls-large-object-facility ) are a maximum total size of 32TiB, 4TiB per object, and 232 objects (as the object key is a 32-bit oid). Not that unreasonable for storing a small number of larger objects like videos, but the continued use of a 32-bit key for this is rather odd for a database that can otherwise scale to the moon...
