as someone from the UK living in the EU and who also sells things, i will say, with regret, that you almost certainly can't. at least not legally and w/o risk.
the EU has just introduced some new legislation (PPWR: Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) which means that even we might not be able to ship within the EU anymore. both the UK and EU officially require that business collect and remit VAT on behalf on customers ... yes, you can usually get away with just having people pay on import for now, but more and more countries are starting to enforce. and then there's the EU's GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation), which require anyone not in the EU to pay for an authorised representative as a liaison for product safety requirements, and those requirements themselves are fairly difficult to manage.
essentially, if you want to do it properly/legally/without risk, you need *a lot* of money to get yourself complaint in the multitude of ways that are now required. if you've got a lot of money, then i can tell you what you need to do, but otherwise ... sigh.
(i can't even sell legally to the UK as it would mean i'd have to register to collect and remit UK VAT and yeah no way that's possible for me. my stuff is exempt from GPSR-type regs because it falls under the "work of art" wording, but even so: the tax stuff and packaging stuff are ... stifling.)
i wish i had something more positive to say, but alas.
