For reals though, companies going out of business is rarely a concern for organizations. "We'll use $CompanyFoo; they do their own backups, so we're safe" is logic that I've seen over and over. It's a huge blind spot. Even when $CompanyFoo is massive company, that doesn't mean they won't unintentionally (or intentionally) lock you out of your account.
