#WordWeavers 11. Would your protagonist rather be loved or feared?
Eternal Flame Ashrah has no concept of love, and "fear" and "respect" are the same thing in the Hells. She does want others to fear her and her will.
Balanced Ashrah doesn't want those she loves to be afraid of her. But everyone else? If love or fear are the only options, she will choose fear, for fear protects her family, and she already has the love she needs. (She learns about respect and seeks it more than fear, however.)
