Preloading it will help significantly with load time, just follow the modlist post that'll be underneath this one, but steam workshop should be able to handle most of it if you cba.
- Find the collection on steam
- Click "Subscribe to all"
- (Optional) Manually install a couple of performance mods, it's just a drag and drop and the instructions are in these links

- Set up mods ingame, like CC's Faster Reading. It's kinda required for multiplayer as there are 5 skill books for every skill in here and there's no fast forward in MP. Just press escape and skim the menus, you'll find it.
