Lot of extremely rough stuff going on recently, I try and CW this as best I can as I understand so many other folks here are just trying to keep their own heads above water.
You have to put your oxygen mask on first before you can help others. If someone’s hurt, you’ve got to make sure you don’t get hurt too. It goes against the very best of human nature, but it keeps us alive to help out even more.
