So the guy in the video says the solution to get coop housing started everywhere at massive scale is the govenrment pays for it and get paid back later over time.
He then said in the 1980s and before the government had momey for infrastructure and awesome stuff, but now not anymore...
he also recommends "garrys economics" a lot, but while the guy sees the problem, his "tax the rich" solution is naive and wont fix it when they can print
