Is it too much to ask that major news media actually be informed and report accurately about #COVID19? Yes, COVID is rising now in most of the US. No, this has NOTHING to do with respiratory virus season. COVID has surged EVERY SINGLE SUMMER since 2020, and then it surges again when other viruses rise in winter. (COVID has never settled into the "endemic" routine of surging once a year in winter.)
