Can someone help me replace my phone with either a hotspot or another phone (Nokia g100) it's my only way to communicate in this realm and is my main source of internet (our bus doesn't have a internet router onboard)

I can't afford much and my other phones are either locked to a network or imei banned (was a referb phone that was probably force unlocked)
