One of my favorite teachers in high school was my philosophy teacher sophomore year. He taught a year long philosophy survey elective class. It was fantastic. Helped that he had a PhD in Philosophy (and was teaching at a public high school - that paid better than most colleges)
But today what I am remembering about him is he told us about going to see Rocky Horror Picture Show when it was a first run movie!
(His PhD was on philosophy in science fiction!)
