This house was built in 1916, presumably wired. There's tons of old cable here, and I'm too afraid to check whether the knob and tube circuits are actually in use or not, but I'm pretty sure they are. We have a few two-prong outlets in every room, plus newer (obviously) copper wiring. It's probably separate breakers (...if it goes to the breaker box at all...which hadn't occurred to me until this very moment), but no idea.
I was pretty sure you had said continuity, but Mastodon's mobile interface doesn't show what you're responding to, and I questioned myself, so went with it. Continuity it is.
