Is using unripe tomatoes for cooking a thing? I seem to recall something about "green tomatoes" used in recipes, but I'm uncertain if they're unripe or some kind of green variety.
If so, what can one do with them?
Because I just discovered I'm going to have a good batch of tomatoes which won't have time to ripen.
