My wife has shit she's been through, as many people... okay pretty much everyone has gone though.
And she routinely will police my clothing because of that. "I would never wear that because this could happen or because people will look at you funny or you're too old to dress like that or you can't run away in sandals or whatever she's been through and is projecting on me and it's fucking exhausting.
