Is it to avoid responsibility?
Is it all of them?
We all do things for reasons. In many cases, its the intersection of many.
If you dislike your current situation, just watch your current days. What do you do? What purposes do you follow? Maybe these simple questions hide the change you want.
If you are fine with everything. It is also fine. Then you just watch it to get to know yourself. Might come handy at one point.
