I have a little bit of sympathy. That is because propaganda is so strong in the US that people unironically defend the capitalist system that brought them to this point.
And no matter how you explain it to them, they're ready to die defending it.
It's honestly refreshing to see actual socialists making some waves in primary elections, but if the system isn't completely restructured, it'll all go back to absolute inequality.
