Have been in a feminist-oriented mens group that meets once a month since 1978.
One very interesting aspect that has developed over time is all of us getting much better at listening. There can be a kind of group mind sometimes. This is hard to describe — there are folks that think differently than me and have very different life experiences and sometimes I feel when I express a perspective it’s actually incomplete until I hear more.
