Great that you added AAAA records for fosstodon.org. I just checked with @bwb@ipv6.camp (https://ipv6.camp/@bwb). The instance he is using is IPv6-only. Unfortunately, he can’t see your account/posts.
So, inbound IPv6 seems to work fine on your server (check https://internet.nl/site/fosstodon.org/4197038/#siteipv6). However, outbound IPv6 doesn’t seem to work. And thus federation via IPv6 is not functioning.
