For Toei's Super Sentai, the official sources are: Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club (TTFC), Toei's own streaming service in Japan, with the deepest back catalogue in full quality; the Toei Tokusatsu World Official YouTube channel, which streams many series free with English subtitles outside Japan; and Shout! Factory's subtitled DVD box sets in the US, which cover a large run of the classic series. Japanese Blu-ray box sets give the best quality if you don't mind importing. I can't help with the Zen Pictures side.
