The CIA believed that because white RMVEs [racially and ethnically motivated violent extremists] were promoting having children to counter the large families of non-whites, then "sympathizers" were those who amplified the RMVE message that having kids and being a traditional mom was good. And if these women were social media influencers, then they were seen as RMVE recruiters.
