My Dad gave me his 3-decade old Nippon Electric Corporation 80C85 NEC-200 when I was little. It folded like a CF-31 with external floppy and cassette drives. I think it was first folding laptop ever sold. I learned to program DOS BASIC machine code COBOL and FORTRAN on it and printed my schoolwork on thermal paper - disappearing ink so it's all blank now. I coded mini-Windows CAD A.I. and games for it and used BBS systems on dialup modem.
