Two grown men decided to race their #cars in the busy streets of #Leeds #Yorkshire, leading to a #collision in which a mother and daughter who were walking to school were killed.
The men didn't even know each other previous to the incident!
In #mobile / #dashcam video used in evidence in Court they were bragging about the power of their cars (both #BMW and #Audi #TTRS seem to be #tuned)
They got sentenced to 12 and 16 years #prison (the shorter sentence was given to the driver who pleaded guilty, as is normal in sentencing across England and Wales)
