"content": "Bugger. Another glorious day, Mr Garmin said I was clear to ride. I rode. Briefly. \n\nThen I picked myself up, let everyone who received Mr Garmin's emergency notification know I was fine, sat for a bit, \u0026 rode home. 🤦\n\nRiding winding singletrack at under 15km/h, my pedal clipped a rock. The rock was also a bit rampy, \u0026 launched my rear wheel skywards, throwing me over the bars \u0026 into the ground.
