One thing I really get uncomfortable at work with is colleagues who keep a very strict and stoic professionalism mask up all the time. As a neurospicy, it means I don't have enough context cues to figure out how they're feeling or what they're thinking. It's exhausting trying to reverse engineer a persona to interface with someone who doesn't express their personality.
