This is in this year's potato patch (earlies). I sowed a green manure mix about a month ago which started germinating with the recent rain.

I'd decided this will be my main spring / early summer crop patch as it's my only clear space currently and I thought most of the green manure seed had been pigeon feed. I'll leave the green manure to grow until I need to plant up each section.

It takes me about an hour to plant a row of sweet william so I'm getting that done a row at a time. #allotment
