Mazda only made one AWD manual sport sedan that I can recall: the 2006 Mazdaspeed 6. I did test drive one, and I liked it, but the AWD was engineered very oddly as a third shaft coming out of the transaxle. I gave it a miss until it had proven itself a bit, and unfortunately the car only survived the one year, though it's not clear whether that was from mechanical troubles, or poor sales owing to the manual being the only available transmission.
