Please be careful, fellow Nostr and BCH community members! There is a phishing scam circulating via direct messages targeting BCHNostr users.
As seen in the screenshot from 29504_2.jpg, scammers are sending fake messages claiming that a "BCHNostr Active Users Reward is NOW LIVE!" promising a reward of 4.7 BCH.
⚠️ This is 100% a SCAM.
The Trap: They ask you to connect your wallet or enter your private key on a fake domain (active-rewards.online).
The Goal: They are trying to steal your nsec (private key) to drain your funds and take control of your account.
Stay Safe:
NEVER share or paste your nsec key into any unfamiliar website or link.
Use a secure external signer like Amber to handle your keys safely instead of entering them directly into a browser.
Block and report any accounts broadcasting these fake airdrop messages.
Keep your keys safe and don't fall for the fake rewards lalach! 🛑
