An Angel and a Spot
"One of the angels in my life right now is Abby Rockefeller."
"Abby is an ecologist who is as brilliant and science-forward as she is thoughtful and revolutionary.
She doesn’t just talk about the problems in the world in theoretical or grandiose terms.
She finds ways to solve problems.
Among her many accomplishments, she founded a company that manufactures composting toilets in order to turn human waste into fertilizer.
We’ve yet to meet in person but Abby and I talk once every few months via Zoom. "
