The first, second, third and last rule about anti-vaxxers of this sort is that they have *always* lied starting in November 2020, and every time I check they're still lying.
Now for the useful stuff: There are known issues with all vaccines, but this isn't one of them.
***EXCEPT*** we've learned that natural and vaccine immunity to coronaviruses including SARS-CoV-2 **is not long lasting except for T cells.** That is, useful for limiting disease, not hardly as good as the antibody mediated part of the adaptive immune system which can prevent disease.
If you wonder about the efficacy of T cell mediated immunity, check out poison ivy etc. hypersensitivity, and why medium length courses of steroids are routinely prescribed to limit the immune system response.
People has hopes stabilizing the spike protein would change that, but the warnings of those who studied the then four endemic varieties that were part of the many viruses causing "the common cold" turned out to be correct.
