As Andy Burnham tells businesses that he will 'take the pressure off' them, but expects them to be socially responsible in exchange... he seems to be moving toward the usual (centrist) stance that business is best left to self-regulate.
So rather than listen to Andy Burnham's increasingly contradictory pronouncements, we'd be better to wait until October & then follow the money in John Healey's budget; that is where the real Burnham agenda will actually surface.
