Why not just let them have Minneapolis. No federal money is taken out and none comes in. The town would collapse in a few months and the inhabitants would cleanse themselves. Of course this would not be an option because it would endorse self-determination and segregation and negate the War for southern independence in 1860. It is as stupid as the defund the police but protect us mentality or lack of such.
