As businessmen, they are worthless. Musk is better than Trump, but both has gotten rich by being abusive criminals, not by making good "business" decisions.
Trump famously can't make casinos make a profit. Musk turns out to need a board willing to tell him "no"; he has no self control and no real skill when left to his own decisions (Cybertruck, Twitter, etc).
